Towyn, Conwy, North WalesThe town of Towyn is located on the North Wales coast between the towns of Rhyl and Abergele and is most easily accessed via the A55 expressway. Towyn is best known as a holiday destination and is home to many caravan parks including Ty Mawr and Tir Prince. Towyn is so close to Kinmel Bay that the two are often referred to together. The centre of Towyn holds a small number of shops mostly aimed at the tourist industry but there are enough amusement arcades and attractions within walking distance to keep the whole family entertained. The Tir Prince holiday park is home to a fun fair and race ground and holds a large local market every Saturday and Sunday.
