Radford Computing is split into two divisions, Business IT Support and Home User Support. Radford Home Computing supports home users with all aspects of home computing. Providing the convenience of onsite home visits by knowledgeable, reliable and highly trained staff who will respect your home and privacy.




Radford Home Computing services include troubleshooting, Virus/Spyware removal, Internet and Data Security, Upgrades and fixes to PC's and Laptops, Web Design, Training, plus much more, including FREE advice on any software or hardware you wish to purchase. We offer a No Fix, No Fee service, and are available 7 days a week between the hours of 8am-8pm. Our home user rates are extremely competitive at £25.p.h., costs are limited to a maximum of 3 hours (not including parts, web design or data recovery), to avoid spiralling costs.

Radford Business Computing provides SME's with a complete range of services that cover IT and Telephony. We offer a range of monthly support contracts, or Pay As You Go (PAYG) terms, to suit every budget. Please call us to discuss and get a tailored contract that suits your needs.

The company was formed in 1998 by a group of contractors that provided support services to some major blue chip companies in and around the Cardiff area. The team consists of highly skilled specialists from every aspect of business technical support services. Most of our specialists have Security Clearance as they regularly work on MOD and government sites, combined with technical qualifications, such as Microsoft MCSE and CCNA, as well as professional qualifications Prince 2 and ITIL.
