Nia Wyn Jones is a designer and maker of all things metal!
Since opening her studio in 1998, she has undertaken a wide variety of commissions, ranging from bird tables to balconies.
She works closely with her clients and enjoys the challenge brought by their functional and aesthetic demands.
Nia Wyn Jones specialises in producing creative furniture and lighting exclusively designed for each client. She enjoys the challenge of meeting her clients design requirements and their various budgets.
Commissioning Nia is an easy and enjoyable process! During the first meeting, the clients are given the opportunity to discuss their requirements at length and also to express their tastes and style preferences.
Nia then returns to her studio to produce a range of drawings in answer to her clients brief. The clients can either choose a design or maybe use a collection of designs to fuel further discussion.
The clients are able to be involved at every design stage in order for the final piece to be everything they had hoped it to be.
Nia Wyn Jones is a designer and maker of beautiful wrought iron curtain poles.
Her clients can choose from a wide variety of finishes and finial designs. Alternatively, Nia also offers a one-off design service to produce finials which are exclusively designed to match a specific interior/ room feature.
Nia has had a great deal of experience in producing bay-window curtain poles and can offer many solutions to awkwardly shaped/positioned window frames.
Nia Wyn Jones uses a variety of different metals to produce stylish garden features, such as sculpture, water fountains and bird tables.
Nia also designs unique gates and railings which add character to a property as well as offer robust security.
Nia Wyn Jones has a great deal of experience in producing high quality, uniquely designed trophies for a variety of award ceremonies.
From the British Volleyball Championships in 2000, to the S4C Sport Personality Award in 2002. Her most recent commission was to produce five trophies for the Welsh Business & Enterprise Awards in 2004.
