Originally a family run business which started in Penmaenmawr in 1977 then known as "The Fish Shop" selling locally caught fish from the quay of Conwy and specialising in our own produce. In 1989 we moved to Builder Street, Llandudno and in 1998 changed the name to "Llandudno Smokery" which is both a wholesalers and retail outlet. Although still owned by David and Hazel Jones we are now run by a dedicated team of staff and managed by their son Anthony Jones.
