Llangollen
Llangollen is a small town located in the North Wales Borderlands and spans the River Dee. The town is a very popular as a tourist destinations for adventure holidays with popular sports such as white water rafting and quad biking.
Llangollen began life as a market town and today is overlooked by Dinas Bran Castle.
The town is home to the Llangollen International Music Eisteddfod which is held each year over the course of a week in July.
The town is home to the Llangollen Railway which holds regular events with Thomas the Tank Engine and runs up the Dee Valley on short journeys.
